Returns
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for the following reasons:
Defective or damaged items – If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it with photos as proof.
Incorrect items received – If you received the wrong product, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
We do not accept returns for:
Change of mind or buyer’s remorse.
Used, washed, or altered items.
Personalized or final sale items.
2. Return Process
Email us at sales@qualityrugs.co.uk with your order number and photos (if applicable).
We will review your request and provide return instructions if applicable.
If approved, return the item to the address provided. (Note: Some items may need to be returned directly to our supplier.)
Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or send a replacement.
3. Refund Policy
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we confirm the return.
• Processing time: 30 days after receiving the returned item.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Return Shipping Costs
• If the item is defective or incorrect, we will cover return shipping costs.
• If the return is not due to an error on our part, customers are responsible for return shipping.
